The basis of these courses is National Strategy for Substance Misuse, Health & Safety Act, NSF for mental health, Good Practice Guidelines, Modernising Agenda, Valuing People, Protecting Vulnerable Adults & Agenda for Change.

  • Home Carers, Community Carers, Support Workers, Key Workers, Day Care Workers & Outreach Workers providing people who misuse substances care & support in the community.
  • Ward Nursing Staff & Community Nurses working people who misuse substances in the community
  • Housing Officers providing support to people who misuse substances in the community
  • Managers responsible for delivering services for people who misuse substances in the community
  • Occupational Therapists (OT), District Nurses, Community Mental Health Nurses (CPN) & other support staff providing care & support in the community.
